EVENT DATES AND TIMES

  • Friday, April 5 through Monday, April 8, 2024

  • Shopping hours: 10am to 10pm

 

REGISTRATION PROCESS & TIMELINE

  • Application Opens: Monday, September 11, 2023..

  • Application Closes: February 1, 2024.

  • Payment: 50% deposit due with application, remaining 50% due February 28, 2024.

  • Notifications: Vendors will be notified of application status on a rolling basis - no later than February 2024 - and will be invoiced for remaining 50%.

RATES

  • Early Bird Rates: THROUGH NOV. 30

    • Food trucks - $400​

    • 10x10 booth - $400​

    • 10x20 booth - $750

    • 10x30 booth - $1050

  • Standard Rates: December 1, 2023 through February 1, 2024

    • Food trucks - $500​

    • 10x10 booth - $500

    • 10x20 booth - $900

    • 10x30 booth - $1260

  • 50% DISCOUNT FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES

PAYMENT

  • A 50% deposit is due upon submission of  the vendor application. 

  • Vendors not selected will be issued a full refund. All other fees are non-refundable/non-negotiable. 

  • The remaining 50% will be invoiced and is due February 28, 2024. 

  • Eclipseboro does not guarantee sales. We provide the pop-up space and a unique selling experience. The outcome of your specific sales experience is beyond our control. We cannot offer a refund if you did not make sales. 

EVENT GUIDELINES

  • Eclipseboro management reserves the right to refuse the application of any company or individual.

  • Event management reserves the right to amend or change these guidelines at any time.

  • Event management reserves the right to change setup and/or event times due to weather or any other unforeseen conditions.

EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE

  • Absent extreme, severe weather, the event will not be cancelled.

  • Weather in central Texas can be unpredictable. It is the responsibility of the vendor to monitor the weather and check in with event management if they are unsure of how the event may be impacted.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to event cancellation.

VENDOR QUALIFICATIONS

  • ​No MLMs. Eclipseboro does not accept Multi-Level Marketing companies.

  • It is the responsibility of the individual business to obtain appropriate licenses or permits, collect sales tax and pay federal, state and local taxes, and to comply with all applicable rules and regulations.​​

  • Submission of the vendor application does not mean the vendor has been accepted. You will be notified of your registration status on a rolling basis and no later than January 31, 2024.

  • Adequate signage – we encourage that the name of your brand be displayed prominently in and/or on your booth/food truck.

  • Table/Racks/Shelving and seating

  • Business cards

  • Credit card reader (Square provides free credit card processors for small business, find out more). 

  • Change

  • Snacks and water

  • Positive Vibes
